Sweet Bulb is a company creating market outlets for small family farmers (under 5 acres) practicing regenerative agriculture. We serve ALL small farmers committed to building soil health and growing food the right way.
This Specific Partnership: Sweet Bulb partners with Local Food Heroes and Tye’s House to fund apprentice housing. 100% of profits from Hot Garlic Sauce sales through this partnership go directly to housing operations for agricultural apprentices.
Current Production: Garlic grown at Veterans Haven North (Glen Gardner, NJ) and local small family farms using regenerative methods.
Our USDA Northeast SARE grant-funded program trains veterans and community members in intensive market garden techniques using regenerative agriculture. Participants learn practical skills for economic independence while building community.
Housing makes this possible. That’s why 100% of profits from this Hot Garlic Sauce partnership fund apprentice homes.

A: We need to sell all 4,025 bottles from this year’s harvest to fully fund 12 months of housing operations for 4-6 apprentices. Every bottle sold brings us closer to securing funding by November 2026, with the home opening Q1 2027. You’re part of a community effort building something real.
A: Great question! Apprentice housing (what your purchase funds) serves Local Food Heroes participants who are actively engaged in agricultural training. They live together, work together, and transform together through structured programming. Mission homes (launching later) will serve people who need healing and stability first, before they’re ready for intensive training. Same population often needs both—just at different stages of their journey. We’re building apprentice homes first, then expanding to mission homes for those needing refuge without program requirements.

A: Regeneratively-grown garlic, peppers, vinegar, and spices from veteran farms and local small family farms. Full ingredient list on bottle label.
A: “Profits” means after we cover production costs and Sweet Bulb’s operations. Every dollar of profit from this partnership goes to apprentice housing through Tye’s House—we don’t take any additional margin. The Housing Hero add-on goes 100% directly to housing operations and is tax-deductible.
A: Sweet Bulb creates guaranteed market outlets for ALL small family farmers (under 5 acres) practicing regenerative agriculture. This partnership with Local Food Heroes/Tye’s House specifically funds veteran agricultural training and housing.
A: Bottle sales alone cover production costs and provide partial funding. The Housing Hero add-on is how we reach our full 12-month operations goal—it turns each purchase into maximum impact. Even if we fall short, we’ll explore additional fundraising to close any gap. But your Housing Hero contribution makes the biggest difference in getting us there.
A: 4-6 Local Food Heroes participants (veterans and community members) undergoing full-time agricultural training. They live together as a community, supporting each other through the intensive learning process. Requirements include active program participation, contribution to household operations, and commitment to personal growth.
