A: We need to sell all 4,025 bottles from this year’s harvest to fully fund 12 months of housing operations for 4-6 apprentices. Every bottle sold brings us closer to securing funding by November 2026, with the home opening Q1 2027. You’re part of a community effort building something real.
A: Great question! Apprentice housing (what your purchase funds) serves Local Food Heroes participants who are actively engaged in agricultural training. They live together, work together, and transform together through structured programming. Mission homes (launching later) will serve people who need healing and stability first, before they’re ready for intensive training. Same population often needs both—just at different stages of their journey. We’re building apprentice homes first, then expanding to mission homes for those needing refuge without program requirements.
